just checked to see if anyone looks at this site... I have been without a computer... so I haven't looked lately.. only a few more days................ yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just got the okay today, for my vacation request. I can have off whatever days I want between Friday, 6/23 and Sunday, 7/2. So even if our new system at work hits that week - tough. Hopefully, we will be on line by May.. I am really looking forward to this reunion. With work and moving, I will need a break by the end of June. Hope to see all you Bloggers there.

I will see what I can start planning on this end. Kenny will unfortunately be unable to attend, since he is already committed to going. Michael (my hubby) may not be able to attend either. He is in the middle of changing jobs and we are not sure if vacation will be possible for him. However, Lauren and I are currently planning to attend. I am looking into driving up versus flying. But these dates are do-able for half of us. I will keep you informed. I am so excited.

Katie is back in school the first monday of August (at least at this point).
I know there is a movement to make it later in the month, but who knows if
that will happen.

Hi all, I was wondering if we all still wanted to do a family reunion this summer? I have run into a little hurdle for scheduling. Our church's summer mission trip is the week of June 24-July 1. My son told me that he would prefer to go on his mission trip, this is an important part of his life and I guess he was told these dates last September, but forgot to tell me. So I was wondering if there is another block of time that this can take place? My kids are out of school starting June 16th and they return to school August 17th. I am really hoping we can get together and we are willing to still do the week of June 24th, we will simply be minus Kenny.
Please let me know what all of you think?

Our vacation schedule at work is seniority-based, and in order to get the
dates I wanted, I had to submit them already.

The only other time I have off is in August, but I'm pretty sure that Judy
has Katie back in school by then.
